WLOD: Fixing the PlayStation White Light of Death

The White Light of Death (WLOD) almost exclusively points to a blown HDMI IC transmitter (like the Panasonic chip) or cracked traces on the motherboard near the HDMI port.
We use multimeters in diode mode to pinpoint the broken trace and run micro-jumpers to restore the connection seamlessly.
